The rules

Programme terms

Version 2026-10-19. If these change, we'll ask you to read and accept the new version. Deals you already accepted keep their own saved terms.

• Joining is free. We can say yes or no to any application, and we will tell you why when we can.
• Each campaign deal says what to make, how you are paid, the most you can earn, the counting window and the last day to post. You accept each deal on its own.
• Your deal never changes after you accept it. A change needs a new deal that you accept.
• You own your videos. Each deal says how we may share them (for example, on our social accounts with credit). We never run your video as a paid ad without asking.
• We can pause or end the programme or a campaign. Money you already earned is always paid.

Content rules

• Say the video is sponsored near the start, and turn on the paid promotion label.
• Show real gameplay. Describe rewards and dates correctly.
• Never promise Robux, money or prizes that aren't real.
• Only use music and art you are allowed to use. Never show unreleased things unless the campaign allows it.
• Keep it right for a young audience. You can share your honest opinion.

Payout rules

• Views are counted as explained on the Rates page. Only real views count, up to the deal's limit.
• Your dashboard shows separate numbers: counting (an estimate), final check, ready to cash out, on the way and paid.
• Payout methods: PayPal (from $10.00; Usually within 5 working days.); Roblox group payout (from 100 Robux; Usually within 7 days. You must be in our Roblox group for 14 days first.).
• You choose dollars or Robux when you accept a deal. You can't switch after views come in unless we agree a change in writing.
• If we correct a number, it is a new line in your history with the reason. You can appeal it.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must say yes before your first cash-out.
• Missing a week, a lower league or being away never takes away money you earned.

Appeals

If you disagree with a decision (an application, a review, a view count or a payment), open an appeal from your dashboard within 30 days. A person will look at it, usually within 5 working days, and explain the answer. Flags from our systems are always checked by a person.

Privacy

We collect what we need to run the programme: your Discord name and ID, your email from Discord, your country, time zone, language and age group, your channel and video links, view counts, and your messages with us. If you are under 18, we collect a parent or guardian's name and email. We ask for payment details only when you cash out, and we keep them encrypted.

We use this to review applications, run campaigns, count views, pay you and keep the programme safe. We don't sell your data. Our team sees what they need for their job; payment details are only seen by the owners. Support chats are kept for 365 days. Earnings records are kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing admin@pricedwisely.gg. We may need to keep payment records.
